A mat Pilates class with a holistic approach to movement, helping you improve performance and mind-body connection. Explore the Pilates method with a focus on breath, form, full body conditioning, and myofascial exercises. Lengthen and strengthen with props on the mat for a balanced body and increased flexibility and mobility.

Props required are a Gertie ball and additional optional props might include theraband or loop, yoga strap, light free weights and yoga blocks (especially for those with wrist issues).
