Grab your foam roller and enjoy a gentle mat Pilates flow.  Strengthen and lengthen with this full body workout that will also relax the mind.  Safe for all fitness levels.  This class will also incorporate free weights, theraband and on occasion Yoga blocks and the Gertie ball.
