This class will focus on lengthening and strengthening your body from the comfort of your home. It is appropriate for all levels, with options for progression and modification of exercises.

You might like to have the following items to assist you during class:
-a text book or folded blanket to sit upon
-belt or strap
-roll of paper towels

Other props that we might incorporate include:
-a squishy ball
-a foam roller (6" x 36")
-a long piece of theraband or tubing
-a loop of theraband
