This 55-minute beginner class on the reformer continues to build foundational skills of the Pilates method. Small props, such as a ball and the Magic Circle, as well as the mat and foam roller may be incorporated during class. Please speak to the instructor before class, if you have a specific need or injury. You are required to have completed an Introduction to Pilates series or take between 1 and 3 Introductory Private sessions prior to joining the Beginner reformer classes.
