Tuesday Beginner/ Restorative:
For individuals with little or no yoga experience. Postures will include some active seated and standing positions, twists and forward/ backward bends appropriate for a beginner level class. Restorative poses will be offered. Props are available and will be used throughout class. 

Friday Beginner/Intermediate:
For individuals with at least 1 year of a steady yoga practice and an understanding of how to use props. This class is a deeper dive into the Tuesday Beginner class and will include some inversions (downward facing dog and shoulder stand) with appropriate alternatives offered.

Reminders:
-Yoga classes are limited to 7 people
-Props are available at the studio or you may bring your own
-Everyone will need to wear masks for the duration of in-person classes
